This statement was prepared on August 12, 2026.

Clarity Dental wants every visitor to be able to use this website, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one time project.

What is in place

  • Keyboard access. The whole site can be used without a mouse, including the menu, the scheduling panel, the cookie choices, and all forms. The Escape key closes the scheduling panel.
  • Skip link. A "Skip to main content" link is the first thing keyboard users reach on every page.
  • Visible focus. A clear 2px outline shows where keyboard focus is at all times.
  • More than one way to navigate. Every page can be reached through the header menu, the footer links, or the Site Map page.
  • Structure. Pages use one main heading, ordered subheadings, and named landmarks so screen readers can move around quickly.
  • Text alternatives. Meaningful images carry written descriptions; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Contrast and readability. Text colors target a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1, and page copy is written in plain language.
  • Motion. The site honors your device's reduced motion setting. Most animation is also tied to your own scrolling, and every page works with animation off.
  • Forms. Every field has a visible label, errors are explained in words, and there are no time limits.

Known limitations

Some services we link to, such as online scheduling and maps, are run by other companies, and their pages may not meet the same standard. If one of them gives you trouble, contact us and we will help you another way and pass the feedback along.
