This website is not dental advice

The content on this site is general information about our practice and about dental health. It is not dental or medical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it does not replace an exam and conversation with a dentist. Reading this site, sending us a message, or requesting an appointment does not create a doctor and patient relationship. That relationship begins when the practice accepts you as a patient.

Emergencies

Do not use this website for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911. For urgent dental concerns during office hours, call us at (770) 954-1180.

Appointments and online scheduling

Online scheduling is provided through Modento, a third party service. A time you request online is a request, not a confirmed appointment, until the office confirms it with you. Please provide accurate contact information so we can reach you. Appointment policies, such as rescheduling and cancellation notice, are shared by the office when you schedule.

Text messages

If you opt in to text messages from us, the following program terms apply. Messages cover things like scheduling, appointment reminders, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site. That includes not attempting to break its security, not submitting spam or automated form entries, not impersonating another person, and not using the site for anything unlawful.

Our content

The text, photographs, logo, and design of this site belong to Clarity Dental or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
