Payment and financing

Clear costs, before treatment.

Cost should never be the surprise at the end of a visit. Before scheduled treatment, you will see a written estimate based on the recommended care and the information available at that time.

Ways to pay.

Everyday payment

Cash, checks, and all major credit and debit cards are accepted.

HSA and FSA

Health savings and flexible spending accounts can be used for eligible care.

CareCredit financing

A healthcare credit line that can split treatment into manageable payments, subject to approval.

Insurance benefits

Not in-network with any plan, but we file out-of-network claims as a courtesy and help you use your benefits.

How insurance works here

Payment questions.

When do I find out what treatment costs?
Before it is scheduled. You will see a written estimate based on the recommended care and the information available at the time, and the team will walk through it with you.
Does financing require a credit check?
CareCredit is a credit product, so approval and terms are determined by CareCredit, not by the office. The team can point you to the application, and you can apply before or during a visit.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Yes, for eligible dental care. Check with your plan administrator about what your account covers.
What if my plans change after I schedule?
Call the office as soon as you can and the team will help you reschedule. Nothing about your plan moves forward until you are ready.

Money questions are welcome here.

Ask before you decide. A clear answer about cost is part of the care.
