Replacing lots of teeth

Dentures and partials.

Lots of gaps to fill? Dentures replace many missing teeth at once: a partial fills gaps around the teeth you still have, and a full denture replaces a complete arch. Done with care, they bring back chewing, speech, and the shape of your smile. At Clarity Dental, the fitting comes with honest coaching about the adjustment ahead (no sugarcoating).

Function first, fit always.

A good denture starts with good planning: the health of your remaining teeth and gums, the shape of your ridges, and what you want your smile to look like. Partials clasp or fit snugly around the teeth you have; full dentures rest on the gums and are crafted to look natural and sit as securely as your anatomy allows.

Dr. Little is upfront about what dentures do well and what they ask of you. Expect an adjustment period for speaking and eating, and follow-up visits to refine things are part of the process (not a sign something went wrong). Want more stability? Implant-supported options exist: the implants are placed by a trusted surgical specialist and Dr. Little designs and fits the final teeth. See how implant care works here.

Step by step

From chat to first bite.

Talk it through

An exam, imaging, and a frank chat about your options, from partials to implant-supported designs, with written costs for each.

Try it on first

Impressions or scans shape a denture built for your mouth. Try-in visits check the look, the bite, and how it feels before the final finish.

Settle and tweak

You head home with your denture and clear instructions, then come back for adjustments as your mouth settles in. Those refinement visits are expected and included in the plan.

Compare, then decide.

Costs range a lot between a simple partial and an implant-supported full arch, which is exactly why everything gets written down and compared before you commit to anything.

Many PPO plans pay toward dentures at their out-of-network rate, and we file the claim as a courtesy. CareCredit can spread bigger costs over time.

Benefits, honestly

Dental insurance coverage.

Clarity Dental is not in-network with any insurance plan, and you can still be seen here. Most PPO plans pay out-of-network benefits toward care, and we file those claims as a courtesy so you do not have to.

How insurance works here

Ask a question

Dentures, real talk.

How long does it take to get used to dentures?
Usually a few weeks of practice with speaking and eating, starting with softer foods. It's a real adjustment, and we'll coach you through it instead of pretending it's instant.
Will my dentures look natural?
That's the goal, and the craft. Tooth shape, shade, and how the denture supports your lips and cheeks are all design choices you get a say in.
How long do dentures last?
Several years, commonly five to ten, though your mouth changes over time and relines or replacements keep the fit right. Regular checkups still matter, teeth or no teeth.
Are implant-supported dentures worth it?
For many people who struggle with a loose lower denture, meaningfully yes. The implants are placed by a surgical specialist we trust, and Dr. Little restores the final teeth. You'll get an honest read on whether your situation is a good fit.
