Restorative dentistry

Rebuilding a whole smile.

Years of wear, decay, or missing teeth all piling up at once? Fixing one tooth at a time stops working. Full-mouth reconstruction is one coordinated plan that rebuilds how your smile works and looks, in deliberate phases, with the costs and sequence in writing from the start.

  • Written estimates before treatment
  • Out-of-network benefits filed as a courtesy
  • CareCredit, HSA and FSA accepted
  • Unhurried visits, plain-language answers

Clinician reviewing a complete treatment plan with a patient

One plan instead of twenty surprises.

Reconstruction is planning work before it's dental work. Dr. Little starts with the whole picture: every tooth, your gums, your bite, plus photographs and imaging that show how it all fits together. From there she lines up the right mix of treatments, which may include crowns, bridges, fillings, dentures, gum therapy, and implant restorations placed with our surgical partners.

The order matters as much as the dentistry. Urgent problems go first, foundations before finishes, and the plan bends around your budget and your calendar. You'll always know which phase you're in, what it costs, and what's next. No guesswork, no surprise bills, no pressure to do it all at once.

Plan on paper

Build in phases

We go stage by stage, checking comfort and fit along the way, until the plan is complete and maintenance takes over.

Cost, phase by phase.

Reconstruction cost depends entirely on what your plan includes, so ours comes itemized by phase. Spreading treatment across phases also spreads the cost across time and plan years (a move many patients use to their advantage).

We help you put out-of-network benefits toward each phase and file claims as a courtesy. CareCredit and staged scheduling make big plans doable; see how benefits apply.

Benefits, honestly

Dental insurance coverage.

Clarity Dental is not in-network with any insurance plan, and you can still be seen here. Most PPO plans pay out-of-network benefits toward care, and we file those claims as a courtesy so you do not have to.

How insurance works here

Ask a question

Big-picture questions.

How long does full-mouth reconstruction take?
Anywhere from a few months to over a year, depending on healing time between phases (especially when implants are involved). Your written plan includes the realistic timeline for your case.
Do I have to do everything at once?
Nope. Phasing is the norm, not the exception. Steadying urgent problems first and pacing the rest is often the smartest way through, medically and financially.
Is reconstruction the same as a smile makeover?
They overlap. Reconstruction is driven by function and health, while a makeover is driven by appearance. Many plans do both; see our smile makeover page for the cosmetic side.
Where do I even start?
With one exam and one honest conversation. You'll leave that visit with a clear picture of where things stand and what a path forward looks like. The decision stays yours.
